Trinogy Systems is a specialist IT consultancy and solution provider servicing the information management needs of organisations in Australia, New Zealand and S.E. Asia. Our customer-centric philosophy is best summarised in the three words that define what we do, forming the 'Tri' portion of our name.

Innovate - Trinogy sources world-class or the 'best-of-breed' information management solutions and develops deep domain expertise in these products to enable us to better serve the requirements of our clients. We enter into exclusive agreements with our partners thus ensuring them of our total commitment and unqualified dedication to a successful relationship. We then apply our decades of IT expertise and knowledge to the innovative use of these products to enhance their value to our clients.

Implement - our principals have years of industry expertise gained from managing and installing some of the largest information management projects in the region (some of these sites involving thousands of users). We never lose sight, however, that our success only comes from being 'easy-to-work' with and our ability to really listen to our clients and implement a solution that meets their needs and budget.

Support - we provide 'life-of-system' support to our installed sites and we are always prepared to go beyond the formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure our clients obtain the level of support they expect from business critical applications and a genuine 'partner'.

We provide 'pro-bono' or non-chargeable work to registered charities, utilising the software products that we market, as time and resources permit.
